Once the application has been completed, electronically sign your name, click the Submit Button and the application is ready to be emailed. You MUST accompany the application with a copy of your Driver's License, State or Federal Identification as well as the handling fee before your application will be processed. Once the application is completed it may be returned by fax, mail or by appointment with a management representative. A copy of your Driver's License, State or Federal Identification as well as the handling fee before your application will be processed.
