Q) What is the first step in renting a place from C H & R Real Estate Services?
A) Turn in a completed application along with the requested items.
Q) Where can I get an application?
A) On the Rental Application page of our website, you may also request one by email or phone.
Q) How long does it take before I can move in?
A) We will make a decision within 1-2 days after speaking with the references you provided.
Q) Who is the rent check made out to and when is it due?
A) Any check or money order should be made out to C H & R Real Estate Services. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and needs to be delivered in our office by the 3rd of the month to avoid late charges.
Q) Who should I contact about a maintenance request?
A) All maintenance requests need to be reported by calling our main phone number.
Q) Who is the owner of the property?
A) Due to Privacy Laws C H & R Real Estate Services CAN NOT disclose that information. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us directly and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.
Q) Does your company allow pets?
A) It totally depends on the owner's preferences.
Q) Will I be charged an additional deposit if pets are allowed?
A) Some owners may request a pet deposit and others may not.
Q) What is the minimum lease period?
A) We require a 1 year lease. We will negotiate shorter terms, but it will be done by a case by case situation.
Q) What does the $25.00 Non-Refundable Rental Application fee cover?
A) This fee covers a credit report (if required by the owner), applicable phone and fax charges C H & R Real Estate Services may encounter and other administrative fees.
